The house is nestled in the beautiful Ceiriog Valley with numerous activities on the doorstep. The Upper Ceirog Way and other walking routes provide spectacular views of the area.
The area is rich with wildlife with varied birdlife, sightings of red kites are frequent in the adjoining fields.
Visit Chirk Castle, the awe-inspiring UNESCO Telford Aqueducts and amazingly preserved Erdigg Hall, or Llangollen, world famous for its International Music Eisteddfod, Heritage Steam Trains, Horse-drawn Canal Boat trips, and White Water Rafting. There is golf and fishing locally and a new swimming pool in Oswestry.
